RETROFEET.COM SHOES ORDERED DEC07 MONEY TAKEN OUT OF ACCT NO SHOES RECVD SEVERAL CALLS AND EMAILS MADE Internet

son in military. i am poa. ordered shoes in dec 07. money taken from checking account already. son left for overseas in feb 08. i have been fighting ever since to get this resolved. numerous conversations with "Barbara" at retrofeet. said could not find order until i mentioned the tr transaction #. then found order. said having problem with manufacturer but assured me order would be sent out within 10 days.

after that continued to call her. finally told her just wanted refund. said would send out. waited for over a month. had asked her to send refund check to my son's home address since he was overseas. called her back to advise no check recvd. said sent to address of military base here in state. tld her no put stop pymnt on that and reissue to home address. sd ok.

after 2 months still no ck. numerous emails and calls have been made to them since. to date ( 8-28-07) still no ck or shoes now phone # has been disconnected. very angry!! i have documents of emails and phone conversations.

i there is anyone that can help in my son retrieving his stolen money please advise. here he is serving his country and being ripped off at the same time? where's the justice?
