RGM Watch Company presents an honest company image on the web and on the phone. I sent them 3 watches for a repair estimte. The watches were packaged and shipped insured via first class US mail. Two estimates were made by RGM for repair at $425.00 plus $25.00 shipping fee for each watch. The third watch (a pocket watch) could not be repaired because of their lack of parts and RGM requested $25.00 to return it to me. I requested that all of the watches be returned via the same way that I had sent them to RGM. RGM insisted on $75.00 via FEDEX. They then said that they would send all three for $25.00 via FEDEX after I complained. The watches could have been returned in the same container that I used via the U.S. mail for less than $6.00 insured.
RGM would not relent. RGM probably uses FEDEX ranther than the U.S.P.S. because they are afraid of mail fraud.
Do not use this company for watch repair -- you will not be happy!

well,in fairness,its 2 years latter but as i have done business with this company i thought id add my two cents. ive never had anything repaired but have bought a watch from them and in my dealings they have always been honest and given me correct information. ive also talked with different persons at the company and found them easy to deal with. id buy from them again in a heartbeat without fear.
