turn over rate is very high, every two weeks there is a new hiring class a lot of people don't make it out of training but they realize the B******* before they hit the floor, mom and pop collection agency very small, collections fees are unfair, they don't tell you in the interview your pay rate is based on your collection goal a month so if you make $13.63 your collection goal can be as high as $4,000 or more, for kohl's accounts you collect on balances that aren't even $1,000 on consumers accounts, true fact they only hire African Americans to collect, there hasn't been a lot of different nationalities that work there on the collection floor, managers treat you like kids they don't give a d**n about you or your family problems if you have any personal problems, money hungry, cant receive direct deposit until 3 months after being hired total B******* plus they stop paying Chase bank to cash the checks for free for their employees, bad part is the checks are Chase checks so why cant they be cashed for free, parking lot is always crowded no cameras in the front of the building only in the back, Bernard is supervisor there and is a total a****** at times and acts like a female think he is a know it all but don't know s*** claims he has a degree in psychology don't believe it at all, Russ is one of the managers there and from what everyone say his intimidating LOL he is an a****** but he tries to use his authority on people because he has a degree in psychology who cares if that's the case why work for a B******* a** company if you have a masters in psychology, a lot of favoritism that goes on in RGS, managers being demoted, people quit just about everyday, than if you quit they will lower your pay down to $7.00 an hour. Women's and men's bathroom is always nasty they cant even provide paper towels to dry your hands,
If I would of known all this I wouldn't have worked at this company, Tyona Ashley in HR she claims to be is a Ghetto a*s wanna be, she doesn't act like HR at all she will fire you without reason, just lazy, they don't recognize your accomplishments you have done for the company but they will for their favorite people if you are on Bernard's team which is kohl's department store collection team, he doesn't believe in team meetings he will tell you what you did wrong without trying to help you make money, then times you when you go to the bathroom, $19 processing fee when you collect for kohl's which is a rip off to consumers, don't send out receipts for the consumers payments, ask anyone at RGS how they really feel about the company and they will tell you. There needs to be undercover cameras in the building that shows everyone how ridiculous this company is. Cant make up time if you miss a day, the company wont let you make 40 hrs. a week because someone went over 40hrs and she wasn't paid and she contacted BBB she was let go so they punish everyone for one persons mistake, so much more but if you have to work there you either need the money really bad, don't care about the direction your life is going in, or just a weed head, think about it before you work for this company not worth it at all.
