RGV FLAMINGO POOLS INTERNATIONAL LTD Shoddy work pool and walk, constant lies from all, poor schudeling, not completed. Mcallen, Texas

I paid Flamingo Pools $10,000 to dig the hole for the pool. Then I paid them another $10,000 for the concrete work. Financed the rest through Flamingo pool. Then thats when everything went to pot. Couldn't get them to come out to finish the pool. Took days off to be there when they said they would be there. I called and was lied to constantly about scheduling. I called and talked to Dennis Gomez and he lied about why they hadn't showed up. But yet they wanted their monthly payment. I had told them i was going to sue then they wouyld show up for a coulpe hours and leave. I call again to gomez and he came out to my house to check all the shoddy work that had been done.

It seem that some of the outlets had not been planned correctly and was added during concrete drying. What a mess and is shamfully done and noticed by everyone. Had to replace an outlet on steps and very poor quality work. Sticks out like a sore thumb. Handrail is not properly embededon steps.Very loose and could cause someone to fall.Water jets in sidewalk are not flush and someone could hurt feet. Self cleaning jets not working properly. Every one of these problems had some type of excuse by Gomex and wad promised correction, that was 3 weeks ago and again lied. No one has shown yet. This pool is a 3rd class pool for whatI paid and I am not going to pay them anymore till all problems are solved. My father was a witness to all the lies Gomez said. Gomez and Flamingo Pools is a big Rip-Off artist.
