Me and my family rented a home in cherryhill nj 1201 west chapel ave, from a RICHARD D HART. Come to find out he was not the owner nor was house inspected or have a c/o for the property. He took our deposit of $1,650.00 and refuses to give it back , he never deposited it into an account as was suppose to do. We did an extreme amount of work to the property. Come to find out that he was sued by people who bought his own home, He own an illegal construction buisness ( HART CONSTRUCTION).. He also has a history of beating his wife and is on probation and does community service.. anybody with more info on this clow get in touch with me on here, lets charge him criminally and put an end to this monster.. He also sees his kids on the weekend , they sleep on floors and he hardly feeds them....
