I'm a former Employee of Wrongway I mean Rightway Auto so I know the ins and outs! They try to "sell you the dream" of rebuilding or establishing your credit. Then when they pull your credit the look at all the dealerships you been to only to throw it in your face and degrade you so they can create a sense of doubt because they don't want any objections when they try to sell you a 6-9 year old vehicle with over 100k miles for 8,000-12,000 before interest!!(with interest it's 15,000-22,000 and your APR is 25%-29%) Then they tell you if you pay for 18 to 24 months the bank will "forgive" your remaining balance so you wont be upside down in your next loan. THIS IS A LIE!!!!!! They will find a car that they can "hide or burry" your current balance into without you knowing!!! You will NEVER be able to go to a conventional dealership because you will be too upside down!!! I seen this happen on too many occasions!!! If you buy a vehicle Wrongtway won't fix anything upon delivery if it's not affecting the "drivability" of the car(radio, power windows, mirrors, heat,ac,chips in windshield, rust, stains, brakes etc.....)They dont care about their customers because after the deal funds(The Bank cuts Wrongway a check) in a week or so they got there money and they can careless because its no longer Rightway's problem!! In closing they make you sign an "Arbitration Agreement" so you can't take them to court. This is a tactic used by other Predatory Lenders as well. Derrick Webb,(Regional Manager)Douglas Maxey,(General Manager Crest Hill) and their Puppet/Flunky Jim Arvia(Assistant Manager Crest Hill) are ALL CROOKS who make a profit from dishonest gain and the prey on the less fortunate!!!! Terrance Adams and Corey Patrick are good salesman they just work for the wrong company!!! STAY AWAY FROM WRONGWAY!!! We must take a stand on these PREDATORY LENDERS who CAPITALIZE on peoples MISFORTUNES!!!
