On top of it, their customer service is willing to lie about their names/misrepresent themselves and provide misinformation: When I was done filling out the registration, it was not the document necessary to obtain the lifetime warranty. Further, one has 90-days to register for the warranty; however, after sending in the registration papers, they ask for 10-12 weeks for a response, long after the 90-days would have elapsed. None of this registration information is available before you buy it, therefore, after you buy it you find out about the daunting and misleading quagmire of the process it is to even possibly get the lifetime warranty, which, of course, you may only have one chance at getting it since 90-days would have expired before they responded to your request!
