The original amount of $168 has been reported on my credit file with both Equifax and Experian as an open collection account twice on 2/2003 and twice on 11/2004 and as recently as 2/7/2005.
I am now photo copying everything and including a letter to which I am mailing to all three credit bureaus, Fingerhut President (T. Deikel), and to a credit attorney.
We will see how this turns out.....I pray I don't have as much trouble as some of the other listings on this rip-off report...
