Hi, I came across this web site and am so glad I did. I have been receiving bills from this company called RJM Acquistions LLC for the last few years. I thought I had everything fixed when I spoke with the manager there but I am now receiving these bills again. I have never ordered anything out of a fingerhut book and they are saying I have.

When I spoke with this manager awhile back she told me they had me mixed up with someone else. I am so upset because this has went towards my credit and now they have sent me a settlement bill, thinking I am going to pay half. They have really lost there minds if they think I'm stupid enough to send them money.

What I'm wondering is is anything being done reguarding all these complaints. Who do I call and speak with. I want to take legal action if that's possible. I'm tired of people getting away with these kind of things. Deeply Concerned..

RJM Acquisitions This company has caused my credit score to drop to the point that I cannot even open a Bank Account, or get a credit card. RJM Acquistion has been trying to force me to pay them a total of $294.91 that they have purchased from Bank Of America for Over-Draft Fees. This Bank just lost a federal Law Suit and had to settle with all of it's clients, including me, $400.000.000 because their over-draft fees were illegal and violated both Federal and State Laws.The Class Action Law Suit clearly showed that the bank didn't have the right to try and force me to pay them when the Court had ruled against them, neither does RJM Acquisitions.
