RJM - FingerHut - Axsys National Bank ripoff Enough is Enough!! Illegally reporting old debts Class Action Lawsuit needed who's with me? Syosset New York
*Consumer Suggestion: Shelia , The Same Thing Happened to Me.
*Consumer Suggestion: Thanx Don, here is some info on the BK thing and collections
*Consumer Suggestion: Steve is right
*Consumer Suggestion: Sheila, DO NOT pay that debt! And forget class action lawsuits!
These 2 small accounts, which I will be forced to pay now in order to get into my house have driven me, along with others to file suit against this company. It is one thing if your debt is valid, but for those of us who filed BK or were victims of Identity Theft the company should honor the account findings and remove the debt.
I have already spoken with my attorney and would like to find out how many others would be willing to submit to a possibly class action lawsuit.
Please contact me directly with your name and phone number or address so that we can get this thing rolling. Enough is Enough!!!
