R&L Embroidery Fails to Provide Contracted Work ripoff Phoenix Arizona

Richard Saenz, co-owner of R&L Embroidery, talks a good talk and has his lines of lies down pat. During the first week of January I sent him a file of my logo and got a price quote for having it embroidered on a number of shirts and caps. I was told by Richard that there is a set-up charge of $60.00 and then a price per piece; in addition to the embroidery, I would recieve the file of my logo converted to the embroidery format. He promised I could pick my merchandise in one week.

One week, two weeks, three weeks, the machine was down. Someone was sick. mail box was full. After waiting six weeks, for my one week job, I went to collct my shirts and caps; he has his daughter trained to lie almost as good as he does. She pled she had never seen the order, give her till tomorrow and she'll deliver it. More lies. lost the address. lost the order sheet.

Finally, 7 weeks after placing my order I went and picked it up. The embroidery was fine, but more lies when I requested the file. In fact I was told the same lie I heard them tell another customer on the phone the first time I was there! They promised to send out the file in the mail later that day. 3 days later I still had not received the file.

I called my bank, Chase, and explained the situation. The represntative did a 3 way call w/ Richard and me and he did not realize I was on the line listening to the lies he was telling her. Finally, I jumped in and got him to pin down that he would email the file to me.

24 hours later I still had not recieved the file. I called Chase again and the representative immediately credited my account. I was very impressed w/the way Chase handled everything.

My message is: Beware R&L Embroidery They are professional liars!
