I am one of many sales personnel that worked for RMR Construction. Also known as Eagle
Enterprises, Inc. Why so many company names? Its a way to avoid the legal
process and responsibility in my opinion. I was a sales employee for this company. The ownerJohn Mac McCrory. represented himself as a Stand Up professional. I believed him. A military veteran. Wounded in Iraq, and wanted to build a business that reflected his dedication to the success of his business and this country. To my disappointment, even those that have served can also be scam artists. In the roofing industry, there are many that perpetrate scams on the customer, as well as their own employees.
Mr. McCrory is in my opinion one of these. Over the last two months, all seven but one of his sales staff have resigned. He has openly said that if we resign, he will terminate our employment contracts and refuse to pay us our commissions due for the more than forty jobs we have sold for him. I am under new employment in the industry and to my dismay understand that this is common practice of the scam artists to starve out the sales personnel until they resign, then, recover any commissions due to the sales force for themselves. If he is willing to do this to his own employees, what will he do to you as a customer??????? My advice is to stay away from RMR Construction, Eagle Enterprises, and do an internet search to verify that you are not doing business with this man. He seems to change Company names frequently. I am a single dad that cant afford the loss I have suffered as a result of this relationship. RMR Construction is indebted to me for more than $20,000.00 for sales I completed for them. I was instructed to wear their uniform, attend Monday morning meetings at 10 A.M., directed to conduct my sales activities in specific areas, complete various reporting forms and paid out of my own pocket to accomplish this for the betterment of RMR Construction. To date, I havent recovered even expenses. Moreover, RMR has contacted all the customers that I signed for business and informed them to have no further communication with me. My relationships with my customers have been violated, the customers are confused, I have had many calls from them, and feel
badly that I have brought them into this scenario.
