THIS MAN TROLLS POPULAR DATING SITES LIKE SKOUT LOOKING FOR VUNERABLE WOMAN TO PREY UPON. HE GAINS THEIR TRUST AND ONCE CLOSE ENOUGH STEALS THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. HE FILES FRAUDULENT TAX RETURNS WITH THESE SSN'S AND HAS THEM DEPOSITED TO A PREPAID CARD SO THAT IT'S NOT LINKED TO A BANK ACCOUNT. HE IS MANIPULATIVE AND CAPABLE OF CONIVING EVEN TO MOST SCRUPULOUS PERSON.
