Ron Moore is part of a group of convicted felons involved in extortion, grand theft, fraud and selling aircraft parts to the U.S. Military of poor quality with improper trace paperwork.  The mastermind of the RICO group is California attorney Andrew Weiss who operates out of a p.o. box.  Attorney Weiss is being debarred for extorting witnesses to lie and resign their positions under the criminal gangs threats.

Their recent threats caused Joe Persaud to resign his position at Aero Logistics, Inc.  When this did not help them they had him cancel his resignation and forced him to sign a release of the Superior Court Lawsuit naming them as defendants.  This was done out of desperation as the mounting evidence before the court would have resulted in very large judgement for them to pay.  Their Attorney should be debarred based on the evidence supplied to the State Bar of California.  They have assigned their only expert in the case to be Maurice Brear. 

Maurice owned a company Pacific Engineering whom a Aero Logistics employee sold for $3,000,000 in 2001.  Maurice then was sued by the employee for his $180,000 commission.  Maurice Brear then filed for bankruptcy and beat out of his commission. This bankruptcy is highly suspect as Brear then sold a building in Huntington beach for millions of dollars and bought Sheffield Mfg.

Convicted felons Alex Gonzales and Rabbi Henry Mcflicker have teamed with Jack D. Berstein to extort
 testimony from ex-Aero Logistics, Inc employee Joe Persaud.  THIS FRAUDLENT ATTEMPT TO HAVE THE CASE AGAINST THEM WILL NOT HELP AS THE EVIDENCE BEFORE THE COURT IS OVERWHELMING.
