I have never been spoke to and yelled out the way Receivable Performance people treat you. I was hung up on many times. I tried to take care of the issue.

Valerie which is a so called supervisor was very loud and continued to put me down saying we got the bill and wont pay, and I got hung up on. They wanted my checking account information over the phone. Which I said, send me the bill or statement and it would be paid. They said it was sent it many times and I verified the address which they had the wrong address. They refused to send a bill to the correct address. I had to pay it right then on the phone or it was going on our credit.
I responded thats fine, put it on the credit, but send me a bill. They would not.

After trying to email people that were listed on the website. The emails do not go thru. They are undeliverable. I finally got in touch with a Bob Polus on the phone, which he was not helpful either. He was going to red flag the acct. and futher action will be taken. He would have got his money if they just sent a bill. But i rufuse to give my account infomation over the phone to a company which is scamming people. You cant email anyone and they dont send out mail. Something is very wrong with this company.

I will forever work on this to get this out to the pubic. Do not give you account information to this scam company. Im writing every complaint email I find about this company.

Sounds Like A Scam

I received rude call from them saying I owe money, but I'm not that person they were calling for so I decided to look it up to see if it was a scam since they wouldn't send anything to me by mail.

Honestly, when you work for a Debt Collection Agency you are suppose to have a calm and nice demeanor at ALL TIMES regardless of who you're talking to. It's a recorded line, and you have a better chance at winning a case in court being calm and collective. People who you supposedly collect money from are still your customers, period. Any jackass can call someone saying you owe them money, and ask for banking account information. If you can't send a bill by mail when requested by the customer, each individual has every right to NOT send you a dime. Would you send someone money who contacted you by phone saying you owe money and wants your banking info, but wouldn't send you any legal document? No? Exactly.. I didn't think so. You may think I'm wrong, but I'm a lawyer. You could at least be professional and spell out the word "you" instead of writing "U" like you're sending a text message.

PEOPLE ARE MAKING ACCUSATIONS ABOUT RPM THAT ARE UNTRUE. WHAT U NEED TO KEEP IN MIND IS THAT EVERYONE THAT IS MAKING COMPLAINTS PROBABLY OWES MONEY. 95% TO 100% OF THE COMPLAINS MADE ABOUT RPM ARE BECAUSE THE PERSON IS NOT GETTING WHAT THEY WANT. THEY ARE TRYING TO GET OUT OF THE BILL. I'M NOT SAYING THAT TO BE MEAN OR RUDE BUT ITS THE TRUTH. IT IS IMPOSSIBILE TO STOP A PAYMENT UNLESS ITS 3 DAYS BEFORE THE PAYMENT IS DUE TO RUN UNLESS ITS A CREDIT CARD. SO WHEN U CALL IN AND WANT TO STOP THEM MAKE SURE ITS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE DATE THE PAYMENT IS SUPPOSED TO RUN. WE RECORD JUST ABOUT EVERY PAYMENT THAT IS TAKIN SO IF U DIDNT AUTHERIZ A PAYMENT THEN IT WILL SAY THAT ON THE RECORDING AND WE WILL REFUND THE PAYMENT WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS. IF U CALL A COLLECTION AGENCY WITH AN ATTITUTED U BETTER EXPECT ONE BACK. THATS WITH ANY BUSINESS U CALL. JUST BECAUSE U THINK WORLDCOM IS OUT OF BUSINESS DOESNT MEAN U DO NOT OWE MONEY.
