On 3/30 we finally got in touch with the dispatcher.. He said the driver could be there between 11 and 12 am. we told them we need a good time so that we could ask them to stay over. We ask that he have the driver call..NO DRIVER.
At 1143, dispatcher called in and said the driver will be there in 10 mins. At 1209, i got email from the shipper that the driver has not showed up and they are leaving. called driver and dispatch, no answer.
At 117, got a call from the dispatcher saying they will not unload his driver. I tried to call and see if i could help, but there was no one there to unload.
Now they have the load, a week later.. they have been demanding 3750.00 before delivery. this was a load that was around 550 miles and was paying 900.00
They have off loaded this load and will not deliver. We do have a signed Rate sheet with all the info..
