RV Ice Box Very Quick To Take My Money, Never Delivers, Never Calls Back When Promised! Morrilton, Arkansas

I ordered a cooling unit for my rv refrigerator on Aug.10, 2012 for $395 from RV Ice Box. It was after business hours and they were more than happy to oblige. The money came out of my account at point of sale. No problems at all. They told me it would be here in 10 to 14 days. Fourteen days pass so I give them a call.  They told me I would receive it in 10 to 14 BUSINESS days. Again, no problem. Ten to fourteen business days pass and still no cooling unit. I call them and they tell me that they meant to say, "It wouldn't ship until 10 to 14 business days." Anyway, days later, after going around and around with them- if and when they answered the phone- they told me my cooling unit was at a FEDEX building in Missouri somewhere leaking in the box and when it quit leaking FEDEX would send it back to them and in the meantime they would get one right out to me. I was at the top of their list. Now my problems just begun. They seldom answer my phone calls. When they do, they PROMISE me they will find out what's going on and call me tomorrow. THEY NEVER CALL ME TOMORROW! They are smooth and slick talkers. They have a way about them that makes you believe them. I don't know where to go from here. They have my $395.00 and I have nothing! But one good thing... Jerry, the owner, just promised me he would call me in the morning because it is after hours and he can't do anything about it now. Funny, they TOOK my money after hours.
