ordered their product was suppose to be a free sample for with shipping charges only, recieved the face cream did not like it and call and cancelled assured me it was cancelled but then noticed I was charged and they deducted 30.00 from my checking account, called again wanting to talk to the person spke with before but he was n there once again expalined and siad i should of not been billed and he hung up on me.
