This company misrepresented itself and then failed to issue a refund at all or even acknowledge the request. They guaranteed issuance of a credit card with 10000 dollar line of
credit unsecured. This is a complete fraud.

Hi I live in Hurricane which is only about 15 miles from St. George Utah. I was wondering did you contact the Utah attorney general's office I know that alot of places like the one you were describing has been shut down for lying and taking people's money around here. I will have to drive by and see where they are working out of, usually it is in a crapy ran down building. Also look up Utah's state laws I know there are alot of companies that work out of utah that break the law and it only takes a few phone calls to put them out of business. Ask the Utah Attorney Gereral about the laws that protect you even though you don't reside in Utah and then contact your attorney general and find out about your laws I am sure you will find out what these guys are doing is against the law. I would love to help you out if I can where I live so close. I hate it when companies think they can screw you and get away with it.
