I ordered the Dale Jr Car of Tomorrow car in May 2007. I was told it was on back order and would recieve it shortly. Thats no problem. But,It has now been almost a year and still no car. I have emailed as much as every couple of weeks. Asking for a trade of another car, refund, reply, SOMETHING. All they do is reply asking me to order more stuff while im waiting. I have continued to e mail but have no gotten a reply period since January 3rd, 2008. They leave no contact # on there site because they say of the heavy volume. But i believe its due to actions such as this. They wont contact you back. But luckily i found a # through e mail.

(866)-300-7857. But it is a computerized response asking yout o elave your name and #. I have called at all times. So they obviously are ignoring the reply.

But they wont respond. I guess they have ripped some people off, But i see they are a sponsor of Nascar. If so, I think Nascar should be notified.
