RaceDepot.com, Race-Depot.com, Ryan Johnson, Owner Ordered 9-11-07, never recieved and no communications after requesting refund Newport News Virginia

Placed an order on 11 Sept 2007 for a Dale Jr diecast, was billed promptly by the company but never received item. Sent numerous e-mail requesting an update on my order and always got an excuse as to why it has not shipped. Was told item was out off stock, was a delay in shipping from vender, was recieving more items every day and would ship in order that orders were placed, and was trying to get more items from thier third party venders. When I ordered thier website said the item was in stock and ready for delivery.

After about six months I requested a refund and they stopped answering my e-mails. Sent several e-mails requesting refund with no results. I filed a report with the BBB of Greater Hampton Roads, Norfolk, Va. They did not respond to the BBB and still have not responded. So guess my money is gone.

Do not buy from this company. Can never talk to anyone in person, always get an answering machine and if you leave a message over a complaint you will not get a return call. Mr. Ryan Johnson is a crook, plain and simple.
