I purchased a new ford f-350 from Raceway Ford. I inquired about getting a lift kit for my truck i was advised that if i did get it lifted some where other than the dealer all of my warranties would be void !!
so i purchased the lift through them at an inflated price about 4000.00 more than i should have paid i had left a depost check for a down payment and had it cancled as soon as i found out that they took my truck down the street where i had been quoted 3200.00 for the same 8000.00 lift they charged me !!
They are now pursuing me in court for the 3000.00 deposit i cancled i had offerd to make payments but they did not want to accept them !!
Please Help !!!!!!!!!!
