I wrote this letter to Radialabs but it was never answered: "The Managing Director, Radialabs, Unit 2 Gatwick Gate Industrial Estate, Lowerfield Health, CRAWLEY, RH11 0TG, Dear Sir, Re Purchase on 28th January, 2012. I have tried to get a refund from yourCustomer Services on reporting this disgraceful situation to you. It was impossible to get your staff to listen so now I bring it you for you to resolve. I saw your advert and responded on the 28th January and purchased your trial size anti-wrinkle product only.
I got no confirmation from you and never heard anything else from you, so I assumed that the transaction never went through. A few days later I became very unwell and was unable to follow up. A couple of days ago, not only do I discover that you have charged me for the trial offer but also 54.95. I was, totally shocked by this and tried to find contact details for you. I eventually found a website and sent you an e-mail, this hasnt been replied to. I then find a telephone number and call you. When the phone is answered it is a very bad and crackly line, so very hard to be heard.
She demanded to have an account number, as I have heard nor received anything from you I could not give you this. She snapped at me to give her my post code, which I did, then the rest of my personal details. She insists that I had received the trial product and wouldnt accept from me that I hadnt. She also insisted that I had purchased a subscription and have been charged this because I hadnt contacted you within 14 days. She eventually confirmed that it was signed for by White I tried to tell her that there was no one of that name in my household, or the name of my immediate neighbours.
I tried to explain the above but she wouldnt listen. I also tried to find out from her what the 54.95 was for as again I have received nothing from you. Between this and that very bad line, I got very annoyed with her and demanded a refund. Again she wouldnt listen and told me to take it up with City Link. I have done so and call your office to tell them what they said I had the same battle with them. I have attached their response. Although they admit it has been signed for by someone called White they admit it was probably given to a neighbour, the driver couldnt remember where.
I have since gone to a neighbour 4 doors away who has admitted they had received it, that their child tore it open and threw away the packaging and only found it a couple of days later. They were waiting for it to be claimed but this never happened. I have now tried it and it has made my skin very dry and given me a rash so I have returned what is left. Now I have deal with this and receive treatment for it. This is a disgraceful way for your company and staff to carryout business. Now I have to suffer the consequences both financially and physically. I therefor demand to have a full refund plus compensation or I will contact Trading Standards.'
I tried to report the debit from my Debit Card as Fradulent but the bank refused to do anything about it and allowed 2 debits to go through before I managed to stop the transactions. They provided me with a different address from the address on their website. So I sent this letter their again it was never answered. As they never responded to neither my letters nor my e-mails I submitted a claim against them at my local County court. Both for the debits but also 500 compensation for the rash that their product gave me.
This was awarded to me because they never responded. I am now trying to get my bank to supply me with the bank account details of where the debit went to but this is a slow process. If I do get these detail I then have to go back to court for an order to get their bank account frozen and get my money back. I now see that they have closed their website, so have they took our money, not supplied the goods and ran away?
