Radiology Medical Group HIPAA violations, information unsafe, unethical practices Santa Cruz, California

Radiology Medical Group has again released my confidential personal health and financial patient information against HIPAA privacy rights.  When I asked RMG to stop distributing my personal information, the RMG agent did not understand the problem because it was a family member whom was given the information.  Under HIPAA rights, the facility is not to release any of my information to anyone without my written authorization.  This was not the first time RMG has done something similar.

Radiology Medical Group previously illegally injected me with an unauthorized contrast solution which caused permanent injuries.  In order to cover up their unethical activities, they altered my medical records to make it appear that the injection was ordered, it was not.
