There are new stake holders of the Oakland Raiders and they have control of the football team's front office. They haven't told the public and fans that they are stake holders in the Raiders. They want to move the team to L.A. or Santa Clara and they have made it clear they don't want a team in Oakland winning until 2014 when the lease at O.co coliseum in Oakland is up. They want the team to get rid of many talented players in order to make losing much more possible and not cause any fans to question the situation in a suspicious way.

Members of the San Francisco 49ers who bought a stake in the Raiders but are using Raiders.
they want to relocate the Raiders to Santa Clara as the second NFL team in their new stadium.

They are not fans of RaiderNation and don't want the Raiders in Oakland. They are behind the moves made since 2010 and they are trying to make it seem the Al Davis (lengend and famous NFL pioneer) is to blame for the losing but the new stake holders want to lose to move to another city.
