Rainbow Babies & Children Hospitals of Cleveland Ohio Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Unit, This hospital uses patients and children as guinnie pigs to forfil clinicals and licensing requirements for students. They practice on patients but they charge professional fees for their services. Cleveland, Ohio

My child was admitted to this hospital and the documents state that if you alter the document for example if you write what you don't agree to they will refuse you service, they have unlicensed employees practicing medical necessary services on patients and children.  If you complain that you prefer a licensed professional over a student they state that this is a training site and they train students to give them experience.  They will not allow you to refuse a student which directly infringes on patients rights.  They conducted test on my child with out notifying me and without my consent, then they refused to allow me to speak with the proper person to lodge my complaint

They care more about clinical s to upgrade their licenses and get in practice, once they obtain their licenses they usually leave Ohio or do not accept low income patients.  They do lab work and test without parents permission.  They feel because they are doctors it is their right to block your rights and exert their authority.
