Defendants' Desperate action after losing case to Rainstorm

The defendants' defense was found to be totally without merit and the detailed ruling by the arbitrator confirmed that Rainstorm prevailed on all material points and was awarded 100% of the relief sought.
The action brought by former suspended attorney Jon Birdt is long after the time to protest the court's actions have expired and is brought in bad faith as well as being defamatory. Rainstorm has been victimized by the defendants' bad faith and wrongful conduct and they continue to try and harm our company.
