Warning..... Do not deal with Ralph Murrietta of Buena Park California.

First he claimed he worked for Mastercraft Shutters and had me send shutter samples to his address at 10377 Florence Ave, Buena Park, California 90620. I sent the samples to Ralph using FedEx, that way I was able to track the delivery of my package. Once I saw that it was delivered I started calling him to see what he thought of the shutters. When he did not return my calls, I looked up the company phone number and called them only to find out that he does not work for them. But after repeated phone calls he finally answered his phone. When I questioned Ralph, wanting to know whom he really works for, he said I got the name wrong. He now claims that he works for "Shutters by Mastercraft." Not wanting call him a liar, I again gave him the benifit of doubt. I then called "Shutter by Mastercraft" and they have never heard of him either. They only sell in the Midwest and Eastern part of the country. I now have left several additional calls for Ralph and he has not responded.
We have "Mastercraft Shutters" that is based out of Canada, we have "Shutters by Mastercraft" that is based out of Georgia, and neither company has a sales representative in California or in any western states. Both companies are very upset that someone is representing false information about them. Both are willing to prosecute for any fraudulent activity I can dig up.
I am not sure what Ralphs game is, or why he has to play hide and seek with his true identity. The only thing I can do is to warn everyone that this guy is not honest and is a liar. Everyone should stay away from this man and never do business with him or any company that he works for. This man has no credibility or integrity. I also would question the integrity of any company who might be using Ralphs services. Any company who uses Ralph might want to rethink his value and discharge him before the company gets a bad reputation for their association with someone like Ralph.
Believe it or not, a little over a year ago Ralph Murrietta was the national education director for Norman Shutters, a top notched manufacture of shutters. How Ralph went from such a great position at Norman to what he has now become is sad. It would be interesting under what circumstances he left Norman. Regardless of the story behind his downfall, one has to realize what he has now become.
My goal is to find out the truth of whom this man really is. The story behind the story. Expose him to the proper authority and have him put in jail if possible.
I request that anyone who reads this posting contact me. I am requesting information in regards to this man. I want to make sure that no one else gets taken by this man. I want to link together everyone who Ralph has done wrong. Let work together to put an end to Ralphs deceitful ways.

To all consumers Beware!!! He askes for cash up front, then has been known to say that the check is NSF, asks for a money order or cashiers check and winds up running both through your account with the help of his son. The product never arrives or if it does the job is not correct or doesnt get completed until a long and exhausting game of phone tag at which point most people are just glad to be rid of him.
I have had my home and children disturbed and frightened due to his lack of being honest and obtaining money from consumers without delivering produt or results.

Hello,
My name is Ralph Murrietta. I would like to emphasize that I am true and faithful believer in Rip off report. However I believe it is an effective tool only when warranted and legitimate. That is not the case here in Report #584378. I had a frivolous report filed against me by a person by the name of Micheal L. Kieth. This was simply a misunderstanding and a communication breakdown that lead to Mr. Kieth being frustrated and directing his frustration to your website. Michael and I have worked out our differences regarding this situation. As a matter of fact, Mr. Kieth himself, has tried on numerous occasions, as well as tried to get his frustrated accusations against me, removed and to have my good name restored and erased from your this websites files. Please read all of your corresponding emails between Ripoff report and Micheal Kieth. You will find that Michael has retracted his frivolous attempt to mislead the public against me. I am honest and I have also asked ripoff report to remove my name and that this matter requires their speedy attention to have any negative allegations against my good name, removed. I have asked this website to get back to me at their fastest convenience and let me know when this will be removed from the public eye and my good name restored. They refuse to remove me from this site. They site that they never remove a complaint. Not much I can do now but rebutt the allegations. This is causing me great financial burden and difficulty, especially in these rough times when work is so scarce. I have tried several times to get this complaint removed from this posting but with no luck. The people who publish this site are not willing to help Ralph clean up this situation. Google will not let me remove the "cache" links without this websites approval. They claim they have the right to leave this posting and I do understand. But I do not feel it is the right thing to do or the best way to handle this. Their site succeded in helping us get everything worked out, that is great. Too bad they are not big enough to help us finish the job by helping Ralph and I clear up all traces of the posting. I wish that I could just make this go away in order to help Ralph Murrietta.
Ralph and myself got started with each other on the wrong foot. Ralph now understands why I was so upset and filed this complaint and wrote what I posted. Now after listening to Ralph, it appears that these were not lies, but more like half truths. Ralph and I have been communicating and everything has worked very nicely. As it turns out Ralph is an extremely great business man. He has stepped up and was very forthright about everything that has happened. Very few men in business today are willing to do what it takes to make things right. I take my hat off to Ralph for having done so.
As it turns out we have alot in common and are working toward doing business with each other. It is amazing how something can start off so bad and end up so good. I feel very good about future dealing with Ralph.
I recommend Ralph and whatever business he is in to anyone. He is a man with a lot of integrity.
