Ram Enterprises Ram Enterprises Falsely advertised about DVR Digital TV converters broomfield, Colorado

On 9-28-2012 i called 866-877-8989 and talked to Jay about his advertisement he had sent to me about HD/DVR Digital TV converters. In talking to Jay I was told that with the "M Card" enclosed because I paid with a check, that all I had to do was hook it up and it would work automaticly. I was told that Time Warner would have to let me use this cable box. Once i got this box it wouldn't work and I called Jay and he told me to call Time Warner and give them information about this box DCX-3200/7380/003 numbers M11053TD2468.
Time warner told me that this box would not work with their system. I call Jay and he told me to get a cable card from Time warner by telling them I was getting a Tivo. I picked up a cable card from Time Warner and it wouldn't work either. I call Jay several times and left my number and the only time he ever returned my call was to my cell the next day while I was away from home. He promised to call me at 5:30 PM that day. He has not returned my calls and will not answer my calls. I have sent two different email to them asking for a return autorization, but after about a month, I haven't gotten anything from them.

I would not reccomend anybody buying anything from these folks. They will not give you honest information. Don't trust them on anything.
