Back on September 10,2011 my family and I stayed at this hotel. It may have been on the 11th or 12th. Not exactly sure the exact date. This hotel was in HORRIBLE condition. Sheets were hanging as curtains, Lights in the lobby kept going off, hot tub did not work and their were wires laying in water close to the hot tub, broken lawn chairs, mold growing out of a poorly patched drywall ceiling, our door kept sticking when we tried closing it, very dirty bathroom, blood stained sheets, and their was no hair dryer in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom did not work, light fixture was bent, the air conditioner did not work properly, the phone in the room was dead as well.

I spoke with Manager Ernest Hardeston at 707-643-2700 and he apologized for the bad experience my family and I had while staying there and said that a gift card/credit would be issued for a 2 night free stay? Well needless to say its been about a year and a half and nothing has arrived? We would like our gift card/credit sent out ASAP please.
