I purchased Melody Can software back in 2011. I just recently had to reinstall my OS after which I had to reinstall many apps - one of which was Melody Can. The app accepted my license key but is supposed to auto-generate an activation code, at which point it failed with the following error message:
An error occurs while generating activation code for you.
Please write to [email protected] describe the problem, date and time and we will send your activation code to you.
Sorry for inconvinience.
I have contacted the company three times over the past two weeks with no response which means this paid software is completely unusable now.
