I received wrong parts and he won't make it right. Says he never makes a mistake. Very arrogant and talks down to me. I have proof of what I ordered. Bad customer service. Wont answer phone and answers emails a week later.

1. We've searched our records and can find no customer named "Terry Brooks" with a residence in California.  Our sales records go back 11 years.  

2. Mistakes happen.  We always replace items shipped in error immediately and without questions.

3. We always replace or exchange items whenever customers unintentionally order the wrong item ....immediately and without questions.

4. We answer every customer service email we receive.

5. We have not been located in Chapel Hill, NC in over 2 years.

6. The person filing this complaint misspelled the name of our company.

Our conclusion:  this is a bogus report.

If this complain is real, the person should contact us via the contact form on our website for resolution.
