First, be advised - if you are active duty or retired military facing divorce and in need of legal assistance, be ABSOLUTELY certain the lawyer you hire specifically advertises his area of practice includes MILITARY DIVORCE.  I made the mistake of hiring a lawyer who did not fully understand the Uniform Services Former Spouses' Protection Act (USFPA) nor the latter complications that can occur from a poorly worded divorce decree.  As a result, I went through years of torment after retirement by my former spouse harassing me for more money and taking advantage of me in the most vindictive ways humanly possible year after year.

A friend advised me to make an appointment with Randy Bumgarner, and just let him look over the decree.  I am so glade I did!  On the day of our meeting, he gave me his full attention and was 100 percent professional.  He reviewed the divorce decree and assured me that he could resolve all my issues.  He did!  His fees were far less than I anticipated.  Some lawyers might have taken advantage of my situation, but his fees have been perfectly reasonable since he began working with me.  I cannot not divulge the details, but suffice it to say he has solved my problems since I placed hime on retainer.  I should have sought him out years ago.

He was always very positive and very encouraging.  He is  a man of great integrity. He was always upfront with me. He never tried to take advantage of me financially. He is an honest man. He always found time to respond to me even though he was very busy.This man has the most caring heart I have ever found in an attorney! My case had a wonderful outcome because this man took my case. If you need an attorney who cares - you need Randy Bumgarner. He is a very competent and experienced attorney. He knows what to do and he fights for you because he does care!

It has been my pleasure to know Mr. Randy Bumgarder for the past two years. Unfortunately, I needed his services for a negative experience with a former spouse. He has been nothing but knowledgable about the law, honest with me about the law and what I could expect during this process. His staff is phenomenal. Sheryl is his assistant and has been my life-line. She took my calls, made sure we had contact with Randy. Additionally, he's a great sense of humour and helped me to feel relaxed when I was incredibly stressed out. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Randy and Sheryl and their abilities.

I'd like to post my entirely POSITIVE experience with Randy Bumgarner.  I hired him and he fought hard and entirely won my case.  He consulted with me several times on evenings and weekends (AFTER I had hired and paid him in full, as opposed to the complaint above).  He took a personal interest in what I was going through, and made sure I had everything I needed.  I would highly recommend hiring Randy Bumgarner, and plan to do so any time I need future legal representation.
