it starts with an email reply from craigslist after you have posted in the jobs section or help needed section. and ends 1000000% worse then before you took the job! heres how it goes.

i posted to craigslist looking for help for a place to stay and job for me and my daughter. i recieved an email from randy troyer which read 

Hi,
My name is Randy Troyer and I am responding to your Craigslist posting for a place to live.  I am looking for a full-time assistant with my work and would like to see if you might be interested in the position. I am a contractor who does delivery type work for 3 different companies currently.  I do have a few people working with me already, but I still need additional help.  Some of the work you would be doing is driving, handling paper work, making phone calls, dealing with customers in person  and working with fellow co-workers. I was originally going post an ad on Craigslist, but if you are interested I would like to offer it directly to you. You and your daughter would be provided a place to live as part of your compensation. Y'all would also be provided some meals and transportation as well. I am located in Houston, so you would have to be willing to relocate down to this area. My offer is very sincere and I am willing to help you get over here. i debated this for a while after talking to him and a girl named crystal who said she had been working for him for 6 months and had moved down from michigan with her son to work for him(untrue). so i decided to try it and moved from san antonio to houston with my 5 yr daughter,  in with strangers, and in a strange town. 

after a few days i could tell something wasn't quite right with the people he moved us in with. i expressed my concerns about the psychotic violent screaming druggies and he offered to move me in to his place (which turns out to be his mom and uncles place where theres alot of drama between randy and the uncle all hours of the night) thats when the sexual texts started.

then luckily i got super sick with a raging fever, spent some days in the hospital, and almost had to have surgery on my throat for a abscess on the inside. i managed to contact my mother who got ahold of my aunt..... and.... i was living at crystals when i went in to the hospital but was living at my aunts when i got out... aunt donna to the rescue!!!!!

i continued work but he withheld 2 weeks worth of checks like a regular job would have as opposed to paying me before he got paid for the contracts. fine. then he starts changing things up. originally i was just supposed to help with the Comcast contract and as an emergency back up for hackbarth which delivers med supplies. 

then it turned into me working  yellowbook contract i was promised id never touch, the Comcast before i was even approved for work (i didn't know i wasn't allowed to do that until a girl in the office warned me) and start training for the med route. which meant i would be working from 4:30 am until sun down 7 days a week for $200 wk salary. uh no!

we agree i would work solely on Comcast with a total quota between me and him of 60. then he changes it to a total of 80 between us.. then i find out hes got my name still on hackbarth contract after i had asked him to take it off when i found out he was sending female felons to do it which is a nono and i didn't want my name associated with it.

during this time sexual texts are getting worse n worse. and im an open honest alcoholic and a couple of times i said a few things back because i thought it was funny and i shouldnt have because he got me drunk one night more so then i should have and put me into a situation to where i would need a motel for the night and took advantage of my drunken state. 

so for the next couple of months the sexual harassment was just non stop. i would be trying to talk work and he would be trying to get me to give him oral. when refused he would suggest the he would just use alcohol again to change my mind. 

on top of that harassment the verbal abuse became very bad. telling me to shut the fk up, calling me all kinds of names, yelling and screaming. the control was even worse. if he gave me a numbered list and said to do everything on the list and i organized that list to a quicker more positive order i would get screamed at and told things like i need someone who's going to shut up and do what i say when i say and how i say.. 

he ruined the holidays after promising i could spend them with my family he calls me harassing me and making me go do work things on xmas, thanksgiving, new years, and my daughters bday. 

and he stopped paying what he was supposed to. meals went from some paid meals to sticking me with the bill at last minute after not telling me a word. room and board was part of the agreement and he started owing me 5-15 every week.

then he adds another contract and tells me im going to work 3 different contracts for cents and few dollars depending on what was collected. when totaled to thing collected on a good day i would be working for 15 a day.. so i quit!

with out telling me he was coming to pick up his vehicle so i could get my things out and give him the keys he tows it in the middle of the night and says im going to have to pay for the tow out of the $1000+ he owed me. 400 for the car loan, 400 for 2 weeks back pay, 265 for that current weeks pay, 15 from the previous week, 20 gas money he borrowed, and almost 80 for meals he back owed me.

not to mention the things that where in the vehicle, i had a phone, money, brand new phone cord, child seat, clothes, etc. 

he sent me 40 western union and disappeared. 

he wouldn't take my name off his contracts so i had to send emails to them myself so he wouldn't have the felony escort friend pretending to be me whether flat out or sneakily. 

BEWARE LADIES! hes specifically targeting single homeless women with kids. he tried to make me go on line and to shelters to find such women and lure them in to specifically use them for work and sexual related reasons and that they'd be grateful enough to not be on the streets to do it. 

and companies beware hiring this man! he doesnt do his job right, lies, steals by collecting a check for work he didnt perform, doesnt follow the rules and agreements. hackbarth and comcast he had felons working and those companies have strict criminal history rules, yellowbook he has a whole storage unit full of phone books he never delivered and guesses the names on businesses and randomly pick places to collect business card from. bishop inspections he tried to get me to just take pics and make up documents and change camera times to falsify pic completion dates but thankfully that was the only job i could stop him from doing it on. i have texts, emails, and voicemails, and documents can be obtained to prove all of this.
