We consider it as debt paid however we did not get back our 50CD's or any proof of invoices for mailing the cd's . the cd's were supposed to be mailed out to industry contacts, to shop the record .

We look at it as debt paid, however we have not recovered the 50 cd's that were sent or seen any proof of invoices for mail outs.the CD's were supposed to be shopped to several industry contacts.
In the end we are taking a loss on the CD"S but we got the 333.20$ refunded.
