Placed an order with these people Jul 12, 2013 via there online store for one of their t-shirts got the usual reciept from paypal saying to keep this email incase i have to contact paypal or the seller July 16 rolls around never heard anything from them about the status of the order so i called them and left a voice message and even sent them a message on their facebook i know they saw the message because they were posting updates after i sent it well i wait a few days July 18 and still no phone call from them or reply to my message on facebook so i send another email 3rd one on July 20th here is what i wrote

Attention: Range Time Tactical Shooting, LLC

This will be the 3rd email I sent to you guys at Range Time for an order I placed and paid for

on July 12th 2013 I have also called and left voicemails and have even messaged on the Range

Time Facebook page about my order with the Receipt No: ------------------ and have yet
to hear anything back I know my messages on Facebook have been read I just don’t know why
I cannot get a simple update on my order that you already received payment for this has gone
on for way to long and you should have the common courtesy and decency to let me know
something Because of right now it seems that you took the payment and have no intentions
on delivering the goods so if I do not receive a reply to this email or phone call to the number in
my signature by midnight tonight I will take additional steps to recover a refund 

So i recieve an email Sunday morning July 21 finaly and here's what it says

My Name

I don't recall receiving any other emails from you, your order was only placed one week ago and we are running a little behind, we have been very busy teaching classes and preparing for our child. I see that you have ordered an XL Logo T shirt and those are currently back ordered but should be in late this week. If you would like, we could send you a different design that will be mailed out Monday or you can wait for the Logo.

And here is the reply i sent July 21

Hi Erica

Thanks for replying to my email well i would have appreciated a call letting me know about the order i placed
But since you are out of the one i ordered please send the one that says RT Tactical on the front and the American flag on the sleeve

Now i leave it alone for a little while Now its July 30 and here is the email i send them today

Ok so what’s the excuse now as to why the order has not been received as of today

Here is the reply 8 hours later July 30

I do NOT appreciate you being so rude, I told you that your shirt was back ordered and would hopefully be in by the end of the week. We have yet to receive them from our printing guy. I DID offer to send another design out to you if you weren't willing to wait for the other shirt.

And here is my reply

Oh and I said the very same day that another design would be fine and I’m not being rude you are running a business are you not it’s called customer service which you all do not understand I have ordered items from Japan on the same day I placed this order and guess what they came in in a week and I placed orders to Magpul, Vltor and Advanced Armament for weapon components and apparel on Wednesday of last week and guess what they arrived today I myself am a small business owner and if I screwed around for almost a month trying to get an order shipped out and not giving a customer a status update on the items they spent money for well I sure would not be in business long so don’t worry about sending anything PayPal already investigated and issued a refund


And if you did not get my email you could have picked up the phone and explained that the item was on backorder and that you had other styles available but no not a word at all

so i never recieved a reply to this email my advise to anyone wanting to do business with them please steer clear of them they have appauling customer service and i dont thing they would have ever shipped anything even PayPal that this was to long to wait for a shirt and they should have contacted me that this was no way to do business
