Best BUY Rapid City South Dakota ripoff, cheats dishonest rude and break things Rapid City South Dakota

I took my computer into best buy to get some stuff installed and the next thing i new they had broke my computer and said they couldnt fix it unless i paid then $197.00 .But when i got it home and pulled it in it said that they had disabled all ports.

So the next day we went into best buy to buy a new pc and we got one and they didnt have the moniter we paid for so they said they had to order us one and they gave us a date and we went back int there on that date and they didnt have are moniter.so they told us that they were going to over nigth us a moniter to are house.

but of course the damn thing never got here so I called and wen tin there the next day and the bastards told me that they were going to give me some used beat up moniter from there shell in a box that wasnt even for a moniter.

so then they told me that they wouldnt be getting my moniter in for 6 months which my thought is if you dont have the damn moniter then dont try to sell me shit you dont have!!!!!!!! so then they gave me $10.00 off a new moniter that i had to pay more for!!!!!!!!

so then they offered to fix my pc that the broke when i started BITCHING ABOUT THE DAMN THING!!!!!!!!SO THEN I GOT MY BROKEN PC BACK AND NOW THEY HAD FRIED MY INTER NET CARD so they said they put a new one back in and i payed for it but never got the damn thing so then i go pick up this disk that they said went to my inter net card which did not.

so i went back in there that night that i got the damn disk that didnt work and some of the d\stupid f***ing manergers started calling me a lier in front of employes and customers which i thought was wrong so i started yelling back and the main manerger of the store the next day i went in called me a lier said that his employes dont treat peeps like that which is a damn LIE.

but my thougth honestly is if you want customers to come back dont treat them like shit and dont sell shit that you dont have and dont try to sell shit thats all broke and dont break peoples shit and try to make them pay for something that you broke!!!!!!!!!

MY thought is i think i should of got some thing out of this damn thing 2 weeks straight of going to this stupid store were peeps are rude.
