 Do not EVER sign up for this service! These people are thieves!!! I had their service for several years and for the past year, I was not using it. So I followed the steps to cancel this service. They will send you to a link that will tell you to call an 800# if you want to cancel your service. When you call the 800# you will either get a voicemail or the run-around.

I followed their required steps to cancel the service, AND put it in writing. You can imagine my surprise when the next month rolled around and I was charged AGAIN for services I canceled! They stated they sent an email explaining the steps on how to cancel their service!

WHY PUT UNDER YOUR HELP SECTION, THE STEPS TO TAKE TO CANCEL THE SERVICE, THEN DO NOT CANCEL IT?!?

They refused to issue a refund telling me that they have a NO REFUND policy. EVEN WHEN THEY CHARGE YOU AFTER YOU HAVE CANCELLLED THEIR SERVICES!!!! THIS IS STEALING.

This company gives you the run-around and tell you that you have to go to their cancel page to cancel their account. Which I did. The 800# they post is to try and recoup you as a customer. This is why they will not cancel your service. They want to try and pitch you over and over TO not cancel your account. I verbally and in writing requested a cancellation, which they did not do!!!

They use some third party company in India whos agents are directed to inform you that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will you receive a REFUND. Even after you have requested to cancel the service and they continue to charge you!!!!

Beware of these people!!! They are shady crooks that will steal you money when you try to cancel their service!!!

Bad Customer Service

I had this service for 3 years and was happy. I decided to quit and their customer service rep told me I could stay on for $2.95 a month. I thought it was a promotion and then I get hit with a $38 charge for usage. I have been using this service as a scanner, but I found other options with my IPAD.  He never told me that I will pay 25 cents a page. I was told I was sent an email, but I was never aware that I would be and when I checked, it was not there. I called to complain about this tactic and I was politly told I was S.O.L. If he told me about the 25 cent a page, I would have continued my cancelation. This company feels they did nothing wrong and their customer service reps need not explain anything because that is what email is for. I was never told about an Email, just that I will be paying $2.95 a month on what I believed to be the same service. This is how they treat a customer of 3 years. I am now out $38 and I called multiple times and spoke to multiple customer service reps and each one said the same thing. No Refunds, Beware of a company that makes no attempt for good customer service.
