I contacted Rapid Recovery Solution, Inc for the purposes of collecting a few past due accounts totalling a little less than $10,000. On initial contact they were very helpful and responsive. After around 30 days I even received a status report on their collection efforts though it actually said very little. During the same period, I continued to bill the past due accounts. In June 2013, I received an angry call from one of the debtors asking me to stop billing them as they had paid RRS in February 2103. This sent up an immediate red flag.
I contacted RRS immediately asking them why I had not been paid. They gave me the "60 day story" due to bounced checks etc and I reminded them that the 60 day period had long since passed since this was now 5 months after the bill had been paid. I then received an email from RRS telling me that a request for payment had been sent down to their accounting department and that I would be receiving payment soon if it had not already been sent. That was July 8 and to date I have recieved nothing nor have I received any update on the other accounts I gave them.
I have tried to contact them twice since and they have refused to answer my emails. They have collected my money and refused to pay me. In many ways they are worse than the people who owed me money in the first place.
if you do any research on RRS, you'll see a recurrent them here, RRS doesn't pay their bills either.

This was not a fake complaint. Shame on you but I guess it is how you handlle your problems. Make believe it doesn't exist and tell people it is a fake! Perhaps, i should attach copies of correspondence from your staff.
Like others, finally got paid after going to the BBB. You told the BBB that the first check was never cashed. That is because it was never sent. Your firm gave me the run around and when I really pressed for payment, they wouldn't respond. Apparently JR, you don't know what you're subordinates are doing or should i say, not doing.
If you need to use a debt collection agency, do your research. There is a pattern here. I am not the only one that got the run around.

This is a fake complaint. We have three on this site. One was real and we resolved amicably. The other two have identical wording in their complaints, claim to be from NY or MD but both ip address indicates an AZ origination. Unfortunately, online complaint companies like Rip-off Report make money by allowing obviously fake reports to be on their site hoping companies will fear that a consumer is not intelligent enough to know the difference. Then they call and email us trying to get us to pay to have them removed. If you have a real complaint the best thing to do is email me, JR, directly.
