Rapid Running Event Management David Mason - CEO Postpones race 8 days before it's scheduled to run, refuses to refund money! Terre Haute, Indiana

Rapid Running (David Mason-Owner) notified registered runners on 6/21 that the Buffalo Half Marathon, which they had advertised for months, had been postponed, 8 days before it was to take place!!  People that had registered, most at $95.00 per person, were told there would be no refunds, that the race would be rescheduled at a later date, but who the hell has the time or money to give to these crooks as they plod along to another state and do the same thing.  So, many are out not only their race registration, but airfare as well.  And, it has been reported that even after Rapid Running knew they were going to cancel they continued accepting registrations.  That is a crime and they should be investigated and charged accordingly.
