Raspberry Ketone took 89.99 from my checking acct for another bottle I didn't ask for savannah, Georgia

I looked at my checking acct one day and see a withdrawal 89.99. Not having prepared for that and not having alot of money to throw around, this threw me in the negative. I called the bank and was informed it came from this same outfit. Knowing I didn't ask for it I called. I was on hold for 25 mins when they finally picked up. I told them I wanted my money back, that I hadn't asked for that and they told me the only way that was going to happen was if I sent the unopened bottle back; I pay postage.
I did and sent it certified so I could know when it was delivered. It was delivered on 12-29 and I have yet to receive my money OR be able to reach a person at this place.
For all the good it did I sent an email to Dr Oz's website and got the standard reply that they couldn't answer all their emails, yada, yada.
How can these fly by night crooks get away with this sort of thing?
