Performed water sprinkler work at my house guaranteeing me perfect water coverage, took him 3 weeks to finally complete what I thought was completed. I paid Mr. Noriega in full July 7 2012, few hours later I noticed that there was
a lot of water leaking from my valves in my front yard, I informed him of the problem and he said that he would come July 9th to make the repairs, he never showed up and or called me to inform and this was not the first time
he has told me he would come over and just not show and or return my phone calls.
From July 9-12th he never took my calls and or text messages or the times that I spoke with his high school helpers on the phone. On July 11 I called him again to inform him that I found his new wiring job above grade as opposed to
8 below grade as required including wires cut. Then I found more water leaks under my front door concrete side walk due to the caps he installed at two sprinkler heads, this water had been leaking for days and may have compromised
my side walk due undermining the dirt below the walk way. I had to turn of the water to the sprinkler system.
July 12 Mr. Noriega finally called me back and said he had to go to Houston to do a job on July 13 and would come over to fix the wiring and the water leaks caused by his company, apparently he did not find the time after five days to come fix what he has caused so he did not come over once again.
Mr. Noriega has caused me a lot of problems and he could have just come over to fix these issues as opposed to waiting for the check to clear the bank on July 10 and not take care of his responsibilities.
I Want a refund back of the amount that I paid $550.00 in order to fix his work he performed on my property.
