i saw a ad on craigslist, stating downpayment & rehab assistance. I email lon from the ad he called me and stated that he could assist me for a fee if $100.00. I overnighted it to him. Then I started getting the run around from him, his mom was sick, his son hurt himself (etc.). i finally asked him for a refund, he just kept lying so I file a bbb on him. And now I am filing this, should have known better.
