My husband ordered a "free" cd and entered our banking information to pay for shipping and handling fees. After a couple of months we noticed that we were charged numerous "memberships" by "Growing Rich with Google" and their associates "Network Agenda" and "BMS Grant". I contacted the company to attempt to get our money back.
The first representative that I spoke with stated that "since he could tell we have not accessed the site or any of the membersip programs, as a coutesy, he would provide us with a one month refund." I told him that was unacceptable to us and he forwarded me to his supervisor. From there I was told that I could receive a two month refund, but nothing more. They stated we could not be given a full refund because we agreed to the "terms and conditions". I went to their site and reviewed their "terms and conditions" and nowhere does it state what membership fees will be charged or how much they are.
Furthermore, my husband states he does not recall reviewing any terms and condition upon signing up for this product. This Company is a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER THIS FREE CD. So far it has cost us over $120.00. I will continue to pursue a FULL refund. I plan on writing to the president of the comapny (Ryan Riddell) and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The trial period is free for 7 days and we would not have charged Elizabeth had she canceled during the trial period.
