Then my bank account was charged $49.95.
I fell for the ad.
I did receive the CD, and called the 1 866 370 7270, to get an explanation.
As of July 1st, 2006, I have been trying to get through 3 times.
After 3 attempts of 45 minutes each I still have not been able to talk to a costumer representative.
I am reporting both Raven Media and Grant Writer Pro.
I will also go the Department of Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, and e-mail my base of 500 friends, colleagues, and clients.
This is bad business and a rip off.
