I tohught I made a one time purchase of $1.97 for the cd. Was charged 8 days later for $39.95 , also $9.95, for access to a website I had not heard of called networkagenda.com. I somehow overlooked this on my credit card statement, what set me off was a phone call I recieved this morning from a gentleman who knew the last 4 #'s of my credit card, my adress, as well as my name. He wanted to send me a free $25.00 American Express gift card in appreciation for my recent purchase, which I was clueless about. He was persistant about having me say "Yes" for the card to be sent, and I woud not. Long story short, I finally got the name of the company he worked for.... Raven Media. Immediately called the bank, they recommended I cancel that card, since they had that #. I did a google search on Raven Media, which led me to realize the 2 charges I had overlooked were from none other than.... Raven Media. I called numbers for each company and demanded they reverse charges for both things, the confirmation numbers had only one dfferent from each other. I am anxious to see how long it takes them to reverse charges, and I will keep an eye on it. I sure learned a lesson, run fast from any association with Raven Media!

All charges have been reversed within 1 week of my request, I am very happy to say. $39.95, as well as $9.95 have been restored to my bank account. This was far easier that I had anticipated, and will have no further dealings with this company.
