I had to evict Mr. Camarena thorough the court system and when he moved out he left my property in a complete mess. He left nasty old furniture, stains on the floor, broken cabinets, stains on the walls and dirt all over the floors. It took over 40 hours to clean the home inside and out after Mr. Camarena left the residence.
Mr. Camarena failed to show up to court every time and I was granted a judgment against him which he is refusing to pay. I am currently attempting to garnish his wages through the court system.
