On Overstock.com Purchased Dell Axim X5 64mb Color PDA MP3 + 256mb CF + USB Cradle 8/17/2008 21:57:00 $100.00+13.00 S/H Paid.. PDA Was defective when recieved. Immediately informed seller by email who gave RMA.. Return pda handheld 8/29/08 to seller (address Above) priority mail with confirmation of seller recieved. After lots & lots of emails to seller who always emailed this same similar message " Hello Robert, We are very sorry for all the delay and inconveniences, We are truly sorry about this and can send out the replacement unit tomorrow if that works for you. Our apology again". Well I have all emails to & from seller & overstock customer service reps, who gave his billing info & a web site to file a complaint " Here's the link to the IC3: http://www.ic3.gov" after dealing with this character for a very lengthy time. This sad scumbag keeps emailing me stating he will send a replacement, check out the lastest email dated 12/8/08 " Very sorry for the late reply. We will have our person-in-charge to response to your issue as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.. Unbelievable..It been since 8/17/08 & here it is 1/23/09.. Read some more ..

We are so sorry, but we had not checked on this email for the last month due to some technical issue at our end. Am i correct to assume we owe you a Dell X5 replacement unit?

End Result: Recieved defective dell, returned & never received replacement after 5 months of trying to get my money back.. Don't deal with this seller.. overstock lets people like him represent them..wow.. Thanks For Your Attention..
