the company is a crook they do poor work
dont even clean the ducts at all
when they came to our house
the techinician only puts on his machine
and doesnt even lean the vents
just pus the machine on
to give the impression that he is actually works
same with the furnace
when our kids went in the basement
the techinican was playing games on the cell phone
while the machine was turned on
they cut the hole in the furnace
and never patches it up
when we called back the owner told us
you get what you pay for
stay away from this company
how they claim to be in business for 20 years
with such poor work is nothing new
it seems that all duct cleaning business are the same
save yourself alot of money
and clean the vents yourself with a vaccuum cleaner
you will do a better job yourself

| Hello... my name is Joe and I am the Owner of Razoks Manitoba Heating and Cooling Firstly: I would like to say this "complaint" filed has absolutely no truth or validity to it. Secondly: the 2nd. "complaint" re: Candace Larson above borders between slander and character asassination. *makes me wonder why a site like this and or it's Owners/moderators would allow such a comment apparantly "edited" before being posted by their staff to be made with no substantial facts/proof regarding the comment* Thirdly: how/why is it that anybody at anytime can say/accuse anyone or Company without at least getting some background information as well as the facts and truths? No one from this site ever contacted me regarding this "complaint" and the Candace Larson comment and checked for facts before allowing it to be posted. I believe I know who the person is who is posting these false and unsubstantuated lies on this site and any other sites and I think at this time I have no choice but to take the Legal Route against this person and anyone associated with posting these completely false accusations. I am with all due respect asking the Owner/s / Moderators of this site to please remove this untruthful and unsubstantuated "complaint/s" asap as they are nothing more than oputright lies including the slandering of names. the person that submitted this report was not a customer but a disgruntled "telemarketer" that mis treated potential other telemarkets (I have the emails as proof that I can and will provide upon request) and because of that I had to part ways with this person who now has decided to try and hurt my reputation and that of my Company's by using slander and making fraudulant complaints that weren't even checked into from anyone from this site prior to letting him file this complaint. It is completely bogus and unsubstantuated.

It's completely unfair that anyone can just write in anything about any Company and no one from this site calls to substantuate the facts which in this case are totaly and completely fraudulant. This report about my Company is completly fraudulant and the moderators of this site should have at least called me to get the facts of what really transpired by the person who submitted it.
I would like to request that the owners or moderators of this site remove this unfounded and un-warranted complaint against myself and my Company to remove it asap or I will have no choice but to seek legal actions against this site and it's owners as again, none of the complaint holds any validity or truth.

i have not heard of or from the person who filed this complaint which states she is from quebec and we are located in winnipeg, m,b. this complaint has absolutely no validity to it. i take great pride in the company name and even greater pride in the work that i do.
i believe this was sent in by a former disgruntled employee who we had to part ways with at the end of March and he did tell me he was going to post about my company on the internet.
