Razoreye Media - Web Detective Pro - Privacy Chest BEWARE!! Razoreye Media/Web Detective Pro are Rip offs!! Internet

On April 11 2008, I signed up for a three day trial to Web Detective Pro for $2.95. I cancelled it the next day, finding it unsatisfactory. A whole month later on May 11 2008, I get notified via email of a charge of $38.83 by the company (which is funny, because they actually charged my bank account $39.60). I emailed them and demanded they cancel it and give me back my money. Three days later, they still charged my bank account and when I called them to dispute the charge, they inform me that when I signed up for the WD Pro, I unwittingly signed up for their Privacy Chest and that cancelling WD Pro was not enough, I had to seperately cancel the Privacy Chest nonsense.

How the h*** am I supposed to cancel something I didn't know I ordered?

Long story short, they pretty much told me I was crap out of luck with getting a refund. I have notified numerous agencies about this company and will not stop until they refund my $39.60 AND the $37.50 in overdraft fees my bank charged me since I did not have much money in the bank to begin with.

**I know Razoreye employees are responding to our reports....Blah blah blah...we heard the spiel over the phone...we will not stop until you refund our money and are shut down!***
